    想念すき焼き

    すき焼き吃过的人都称之为鸡素烧或寿喜烧……日本火锅。美味。制作的时候是,先将铁锅烧热,最好是铸铁锅,生铁的烧锅,平底。烧热后,将上好的牛油适量溶化在锅底,然后将上好的肥牛(因为这肉很难买到,已经很久没能吃到すき焼き了),平摊放在锅内,随后加入调料汁,酱油、砂糖、料酒调制的,还有一种叫みりん的调味汁,没有也可以。然后准备好新鲜的生鸡蛋,放到碗里当佐料,就是沾着吃用!这可是很重要!非常美味啊!再次在锅内加入葱、香菇、魔芋丝、豆腐、金针菇、喜欢的蔬菜……加水和牛肉一起煮一小会儿,这时候你已经可以开始吃了。最后类似中国火锅的习惯煮面条,放一份乌冬面进去。鲜美料汁一拌……
